Test *everyone*, test everyone again 1 week after the first test (catch the stragglers and false negatives), quarantine the positive cases for 2 weeks. So, it will take planning and $$ to get the testing ability up... so what? Throw some more money at it. Within a month we could

[14:20:16] <Bytram> in the early 1930s, to be an alcoholic was basically a death sentence. Eventually to be confined to sanitariums and delerium tremens. Now, millions have recovered; a long path to get to today, but there has been progress. Can only hope for continued improvement.
